Sand... I mean "hand washed"...

This is a Porsche 928 that we had the privilege of polishing and giving it the love that it deserves. There's no doubt that the owner of this car cares for it the best that he can because you can see the amount of work that's gone into it. Unfortunately the people who had been washing his car until he met us didn't share the same passion for his car... it was just another one out of the 150 that they wash every day. It looked like he'd taken it to the "sand wash" not the "hand wash"! This car was riddled with so many scratches that the paint was actually matt white in some areas instead of jet black. This project started at the owner's house and went on for about 7 hours until the car suddenly got covered in debris from a building that was being demolished in the near so needless to say we had to stop becasue there was just no escaping the dust . We continued a couple of weeks later in a place where we knew that we wouldn't be attacked by dust bunnies and after a total of 16 hours polishing, 2 coats of paint sealant and a creamy layer of Swissvax this car looked better than it did the day it was born... 24 years ago.
